Cancellation Policy
Your Heart’s Journey, LLC accepts payments via debit or credit card but does not participate in any insurance programs. Sessions may be paid in advance or at the time of service. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. No-shows will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
For retreats, there are no refunds unless someone else pays to replace you.
